Hon. Amobi Godwin Ogah, representing Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency and Chairman of the House Committee on HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria Control, has commended Governor Alex Otti and his deputy, Engr. Ikechukwu Emetu, on their first year in office.
In a congratulatory message, Hon. Ogah praised the governor’s accomplishments, including the completion and ongoing road infrastructure projects, regular salary payments for civil servants, and improved security in Abia State. He noted that these achievements are a testament to the governor’s commitment to fulfilling his campaign promises.
Hon. Ogah expressed his delight at the progress made by the Otti administration, saying, “When the righteous lead, the people rejoice.” He encouraged the governor and his team to sustain their efforts, as a new Abia State is emerging, and the people are happy with the progress so far.
The federal lawmaker also congratulated the people of Abia State, particularly those in Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency, on this milestone achievement and looked forward to more dividends of democracy in the “New Abia” of their dreams, with God’s continued protection.
