Hon. Obi Aguocha Bags Personality Of The Year Award

Member representing Ikwuano/Umuahia North/Umuahia South Federal Constituency of Abia State, Hon. Obi Aguocha has been nominated for award as Personality of the Year (security) in the upcoming 5th edition of the forthcoming 2023 Leadership Excellence Awards.

This is in recognition of his outstanding performance in national security management, tremendous contribution to nation building and selfless service to humanity, a nomination letter signed by the LOC secretary and chairman, Emeh James Anya and Prof. B. I Babafemi respectively said.

Recall that Hon. Aguocha, who recently won the Appeal Court case challenging his victory at the February 25 National Assembly election is the ad-hoc committee Chairman House of Representatives on Security in Isuikwuato/Umunnochi.

His committee’s role in restoring normalcy in the once troubled axis has been applauded.

He would be conferred with the award on Saturday November 11, 2023 at The Congress Hall, Transcorp Hilton Abuja, by 5pm.
