The member representing Bende North constituency Abia State House of Assembly, Hon. Chijioke Chukwu has congratulated the senator representing Abia North, Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu on the vacation of his conviction on Friday by the Supreme Court in Abuja.

Hon. Chukwu in a congratulatory message to Sen. Kalu stated that the ruling of the Supreme Court is a manifestation of the faith Sen. Kalu has in God for his vindication.
According to Chukwu, the judiciary has lived up to expectation as the last hope of the common man, maintaining a wrongful conviction of the innocent is a high form of injustice.
