In a show of appreciation for Abia State Governor Dr. Alex Otti’s developmental strides, Labour Party chieftain Hon. Peter Azubuike has lauded the Governor’s commitment to infrastructure development, particularly in Obingwa Local Government Area.
In a statement, Hon. Azubuike praised Governor Otti for flagging off the reconstruction of the Ohanze-Ntighauzo-Obete Umuhoa-Akirika Obu road, describing it as a significant milestone in the administration’s efforts to improve road networks across the state.
“Your Excellency, I have seen your zeal and determination to make a difference in the governance of our dear state. The people of Obingwa LGA are proud of your numerous achievements in making life more meaningful for Abia people,” Azubuike stated.

The business executive and philanthropist also used the occasion to celebrate Governor Otti’s birthday on February 18, expressing gratitude to God for the Governor’s life and praying for continued wisdom and strength to lead the state effectively.
Beyond his words of appreciation, Hon. Peter Azubuike, the Managing Director of Petbridge Limited, has been actively involved in community development. His recent initiatives include:
- Empowerment programs aimed at supporting local businesses and individuals.
- Donation of a vehicle to the Community Police, enhancing security efforts in the area.
