A delegation from Enugu state governor, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi on Tuesday met with the blind Commonwealth Boxing Gold Medalist from Nomeh in Nkanu East Local Government Area of the state, Mr. Stephen Ogboh whose video has since gone viral.

ABN TV reports that the blind boxer, who is also a National Sports Festival Gold Medalist had in the viral video appealed for assistance over his living condition.

He said he needs an instrument to aid his movement since he has lost his sight as well as financial assistance to help him live a normal life.

The governor’s delegation is led by the State Commissioner for Information, Nnanyelugo Chidi Aroh, and the Chairman of Nkanu East LGA, Engr. Abel Uchenna Nwobodo.
