Governor Otti Celebrates Prof. Greg Ibeh On His Birthday, Applauds His Contributions To Abia’s Development

The Governor of Abia State, His Excellency Dr. Alex Otti, OFR, has extended warm birthday greetings to Prof. Greg Ibeh, the founder of Gregory University, Uturu, and a distinguished son of Abia State.

In a heartfelt message, Governor Otti described Prof. Ibeh as a true patriot and an exemplary figure whose contributions to education and community development have significantly impacted the state.
