Governor Otti Celebrates APC Chieftain Prince B.B. Apugo on His Birthday

The Executive Governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Otti, on the evening of Tuesday, November 5th, 2025, joined friends, associates, and well-wishers to celebrate an elder statesman and member of the Board of Trustees of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Prince Benjamin B. Apugo (Ochiagha Ibeku), on the occasion of his birthday.

Speaking at the event, Governor Otti described Prince Apugo as “a gift to Abia State, a man who stands for the truth, resilient, and not easily swayed.”

He lauded the APC chieftain for his unwavering commitment to justice and integrity, emphasizing that Prince Apugo embodies the “can-do spirit and resilience of the Abia people.”

The Governor prayed for God’s continued blessings upon the life of the elder statesman, wishing him many more years of good health, wisdom, and happiness.

“We look forward to celebrating you again next year, stronger and healthier,” Governor Otti added.

According to a statement by Ctz Ukoha Njoku Ukoha, the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, the celebration attracted notable dignitaries, political associates, and members of the Ibeku community, who gathered to honor Prince Apugo for his contributions to the growth and unity of Abia State.
