Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti has defeated the candidate of PDP in the March 18 governorship election in the state, Okey Ahiwe at the Court of Appeal sitting in Lagos.
The court on Saturday dismissed the appeal filed by the PDP and Ahiwe challenging the victory of Otti, the candidate of Labour Party.
The court also dismissed an appeal by All Progressives Congress (APC) against Gov. Alex Otti.
