Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti has approved a series of new appointments and reassignments in his administration, aimed at enhancing governance and ensuring effective service delivery.
In a statement made available to ABN TV on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Ukoha Kalu Ukoha, the following individuals have been appointed to key positions:

- Dr. Emeka Enyiazu – Special Adviser, Education (Tertiary)
- Mr. Chinasa Frank Iheanyi – Liaison Officer, National Assembly
- Mr. Ndubuisi Ike – Special Adviser, Finance & Economic Development
- Dr. Eric Egwuibe – Special Adviser, Budget and Planning
- Mr. Osinachi Nwaka – Director General, Ministry of Finance Incorporated
