Former Minister of State for Mines and Steel Development, Dr. Uche Ogah has congratulated the Methodist Arch Bishop of Umuahia, Chibuzor Rapheal Opoko at the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a true servant of God.
In a felicitation message on Monday, the former Minister said the cleric has continued to lead an exemplary life in sound moral character and strong demonstration of a man on a mission to guide others aright.
He therefore prayed God to continue to empower the man of God and grant him all spiritual and physical blessings to serve in His vineyard.
