The former Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC) of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Abia State, Prof. Joseph Iloh, has passed away.

Prof. Iloh, who hailed from Enugu State, reportedly died on Sunday. Details surrounding the circumstances of his death are still sketchy as of the time of filing this report.
