Authorities in Nigeria have extended the date of physical verification for N-Power Batch C beneficiaries — from Friday, September 24 to Thursday, September 30, 2021.
According to an update on Friday via the verified Facebook page of the famed N-Power scheme, the physical verification for Batch C is a major phase successful beneficiaries must pass through, before being posted to their respective Place of Primary Assignments (PPAs).
“The ongoing physical verification exercise for the N-Power Batch C, Stream 1 has been extended by a period of 1 week. Beneficiaries are expected to complete their physical verification on or before Thursday, 30th September 2021,” N-Power’s message reads.
N-Power is a scheme set up by President Muhammadu Buhari in June 2016, to address the issues of youth unemployment and help increase social development. The scheme was created as a component of National Social Investment Program, to provide a structure for large-scale and relevant work skills acquisition and development and to ensure that each participant will learn and practice most of what is necessary to find or create work.
Beneficiaries will then be paid specific stipends on monthly basis by the scheme.
