Failure To Support Ikpeazu, Disservice To Abia – Speaker Orji

Speaker Abia State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji has urged the people of the State to support the governor, Dr Okezie Victor Ikpeazu.

He added that failure to do so will amount to a disservice on the state and her people, adding ‘posterity will not be kind to us’.

ABN TV reports that the Speaker gave this advice on Friday while addressing the Council of Titled Chiefs of Amapu Ntigha, Isiala Ngwa North LGA.

He was at the residence of Hon Ginger Onwusibe, Lawmaker representing Isiala Ngwa North State Constituency at the Abia State House of Assembly.

Hon. Onwusibe also doubles as the Traditional Prime Minister of the Ancient Kingdom of Amapu Ntigha.

The Speaker said, “We all owe Governor Okezie Ikpeazu our total support because his success is our success; his success is the people’s success; his success is the State’s success. To do otherwise will amount to a great disservice to our State and posterity will not be kind to us”
