The Ogbodinibe Umuopara, Umuahia, Abia State home of late Deaconess Nelly Onyebueke was sober as friends and family came out in their numbers as she was rest to rest amidst tears.
Late Deaconess Onyebueke passed on at the age of 52 in Benin City, the Edo State capital.
Her death followed a brief illness in a medical facility where she had gone for the treatment of malaria.
Her health deteriorated after undisclosed drugs were administered on her, leading to a high sugar level.
She was later placed on oxygen before she was pronounced dead.

The husband of the deceased, the Managing Director of Lumumba International Group Ltd, Dr. Mayor Onyebueke expressed sadness over the death of his wife whom he described as his pillar of support.
ABN TV reports that dignitaries from all works of life came to pay their last respect.
Among those present at the burial ceremony include Chief of Staff to the Governor of Abia State, Dr. ACB Agbazuere, members of the Neo Black Movement of Africa (NBM) Worldwide led by the National President, Chief Felix Kupa, and a host of others.
