Former Minister of State for Mines and Steel Development, Dr. Uche Ogah has congratulated the member representing Bende Federal Constituency of Abia State, Rep. Benjamin Kalu as he marks 52nd birthday.
The former Minister in a goodwill message on Friday prayed for good health and grace upon the House of Representatives member as he clocks 52.
