EPL: Salah Deserves To Earn More Than Ronaldo – Agbonlahor

Mohamed Salah has been told to leave Liverpool if they fail to offer him an improved contract that would see the Egyptian earn more than Cristiano Ronaldo at Manchester United.

Former Aston Villa striker, Gabriel Agbonlahor believes that Salah deserves more pay than the highest-paid player in the Premier League, being Manchester United’s Ronaldo.

Agbonlahor said this after watching the Liverpool man star produce an astonishing performance in the Champions League clash against Atletico Madrid on Tuesday night.

Reports suggest Salah wants £400,000-a-week, but Agbonlahor says Liverpool should give him what he wants.

“If I’m Mo Salah, I want £1 more than the highest-paid player in the #PL,” Agbonlahor said on talkSPORT.

“If you don’t give it to me, I’ll go somewhere that will. I’m that important to #LFC! Without me, they have no chance.”
