EPL: Saka Salutes Havertz, Timbers’ Performance

Bukayo Saka, an Arsenal winger, has given Kai Havertz and Jurrien Timber a lot of credit for their efforts for the Gunners this year.

Saka said Mikel Arteta’s side is so happy that the duo is showing their impressive display for the Gunners.

Both Havertz and Timber joined the Premier League North London club in the summer of 2023 from Chelsea and Ajax, respectively.

Arsenal winger, Bukayo Saka has heaped praise on Kai Havertz and Jurrien Timber for their performances for the Gunners this season.

Saka said Mikel Arteta’s side is so happy that the duo is showing their impressive display for the Gunners.

“I have always thought Kai’s an unbelievable player,” Saka told CBS Sports.

“Everyone in the dressing room did too. We are so happy that he is showing that.

“This season he has come out with even more confidence, I think he is scored in almost every game.”

On Timber, Saka added: “He gave me a lot of confidence that when he is one vs. one with an attacker he is going to win the ball back and give it to me.

“On the ball he is so composed, so calm and confident. He is a top player, I’m happy he is showing it.”
