Chelsea goalkeeper Edouard Mendy has been informed by the club’s board that he is free to leave the club during the summer transfer window.
Chelsea is ready to listen to bids for Mendy this summer, according to the Sunday Mirror.
Chelsea is aiming to reduce manager Graham Potter’s squad at the end of the season, and Mendy has been warned he can leave the west London club.
Mendy has not played for Chelsea since November and has been working his way back to fitness following surgery on a fractured finger at the beginning of January.
At the end of the season, the Senegal international will still have two years left on his current Chelsea contract.
