EPL: Maguire Refuses To Leave Man Utd

Manchester Joined protector Harry Maguire is hesitant to leave the club this mid-year in spite of losing his position in the group’s beginning XI.

As indicated by talkSPORT, Maguire is anxious to remain at Man Utd and battle for his place at Old Trafford.

If he leaves Man United this summer, the England international could receive a massive payout of £10 million.

At the start of the 2022–23 season, the 30-year-old lost out on a spot in Man United’s starting XI to manager Erik Ten Hag’s first-choice pairing of Lisandro Martinez and Raphael Varane.

In addition, Ten Hag selected Victor Lindelof over Maguire a number of times during the season’s final stages. Left back Luke Shaw was also selected over Maguire.

Ten Hag recently suggested that Maguire is unhappy with the situation and opened the door for his captain to leave the club this summer after starting just eight league games in the 2022–23 season.
