Chelsea has announced the departure of 13 players on June 30.
Tiemoue Bakayoko, who joined the Blues from AS Monaco in 2017, is among those named.
During his debut season at Stamford Bridge, the 28-year-old was a regular, but he struggled to maintain that form.
Bakayoko made 43 appearances for Chelsea in the 2017/2018 season before being loaned out for the balance of his time at the club.
The midfielder spent two seasons with AC Milan, one with Napoli, and one season with his previous club Monaco.
A statement from Chelsea read: “We thank Tiemoue for his contribution during his season at Stamford Bridge.”
The full list of the departures is as follows: Derrick Abu, Prince Adegoke, Tiemoue Bakayoko, Nathan Baxter, Juan Carlos Familia-Castillo, Bryan Fiabema, Joe Samuel Haigh, Henry Lawrence, Sam McClelland, Dujon Sterling, Amari Otieno Thomas Silko, Ethan Wady, and Jayden Darren George Wareham.
