Electoral Malpractices: NOA Seeks Collaboration With OSSIEC

The National Orientation Agency, NOA, Osun State chapter, has sought for collaboration with the Osun State Independent Electoral Commission, OSSIEC, for joint campaign against electoral malpractices and violence in the forthcoming local government elections billed for February, 2025.

The State Director, NOA, Bola Morgan stated this while paying an advocacy visit with her management team to the Chairman of OSSIEC, Hashim Abioye, in his office in Osogbo.

Morgan noted that the purpose of the visit was to strengthen the tide between her agency and the Commission.

She said, “Awareness creation is one of the mandates of the National Orientation Agency.

“As part of orientation for the citizens, we urge the government to re-introduce Boy’s Scout, Boy’s Brigade and others in all primary and secondary schools.”

He assured the NOA management team of a close relationship with the commission.
