The Interpol Systems Expert and Prime Security Consultant in the Country Sir Chikwe Udensi has urged Nigerians to use the opportunity of this year Eid El-Fitr to express love and peace to their fellow countrymen, saying the sustainable development of the country is anchored on love and peaceful co-existence.
The Security expert in a statement on Thursday obtained by ABN TV advised Nigerians to eschew violence and embrace love, unity and peace.
According to Sir Udensi, no nation can achieve greatness in an environment riddled with rancour and chaos.
He said the period calls for show of love, urging Nigerians particularly Muslim faithful to express love to their neighbours by offering alms, aligning themselves with the Prophet’s teachings which borders on piety, forgiveness, charity, tolerance and peaceful co-existence, among others.
He urged all Nigerians to also uphold these virtues, remain law abiding as good patriots and ensure sustainable peace and security of the country.
Sir Udensi further counselled Nigerians to be conscious of their health with recourse to the new wave of the COVID-19 pandemic and always observe all laid down precautions of Regular Hand Wash under running water, use of alcohol based hand sanitizers, Constant Wearing of Nose Mask and Maintaining Social Distancing to avoid further spread.
