Former Minister of State for Mines and Steel Development, Dr. Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah (CON), has extended warm birthday wishes to Chief Emeka Wogu, the pioneer Board Chairman-designate of the South East Development Commission (SEDC), as he marks his 60th birthday.
