Hon. Barr. Emeka Okoroafor, member representing Isuikwuato state constituency has expressed sadness that the presence of military formation and police area command on his constituency, their security has not improved.
He said his constituency had more sense of security when these federal agencies were not in place, wondering why insecurity has continued to take a more precarious dimension.
Speaking with ABN TV on Friday over the growing spate of kidnapping in Isuikwuato local government area, the Deputy Minority Leader said a number of kidnapping cases were recorded in 2019, maintaining that it was not as frequent as being recorded today.
Hon. Okoroafor who escaped being kidnapped in 2020 added that bad spot of the roads in the area has contributed in giving the kidnappers opportunity to capitalise on it to perform their evil trade.

He, therefore, appealed to security agencies to rise up and deal with the issues, urging them to be more proactive instead of reacting to the security concerns.
