The candidate of APC for Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency of Abia state in the 2023 election, Chief Dan Chimezie Okeke has said his commitment for a more developed and improved constituency that will enhance the living standard of his people is his driving force.
According to him, if elected a member of the National Assembly, he will use the opportunity for the good of the people and to better their economic and social life.
In a chat with newsmen recently, he made it clear that his desire for the constituency is to put mechanisms in place to create a conducive environment for the emergence of a better society, paying special attention to the youths and women as they play a tremendous role in societal development, his Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Oti Maduabuchi Orieji said in a statement.
“As a legislator, the constituents expect you to make laws that will steer progressive growth, oversight functions that will enhance development, and finally carry out constituency projects that will elevate people’s standard of living,” he stated.
Mezie Abia as he is popularly called also outlined his numerous antecedents as a pointer to the fact that he is the most qualified and sincerely motivated candidate to drive a people Oriented and progressive tenure as the Member Representing the good People of Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency.
He charged the people to enquire properly about candidates and their antecedents before they throw weight behind such candidates.
“Arochukwu and Ohafia this is our best chance to get it right, by sending our best and most qualified in the person of High Chief Daniel Chimezie Okeke of the APC to represent us at the green chamber,” the statement added.
