Deputy Speaker’s Aide CY Set For Burial In Abia Community [SEE POSTER]

Comrade Kwubiri Cyril Okorie, a 37-year-old assistant to Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Kalu is set for burial in Abia community.

He died on July 23, 2023 and will be laid to rest on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at his father’s compound, in Okpu Isiala Etitiulo village, Bende local government area of Abia State.

A burial arrangement released by Mr. Kwubiri Samuel Okorie on behalf of the family says a Christian wake keep will be held in honour of the deceased on Friday, Aug. 11 in her family compound, late elder Kwubiri Columbus Okorie’s compound in Okpu Isiala Etitiulo village, Bende from 6pm.

A funeral service to be conducted by the Apostolic Church in Bende will be followed by his interment on Saturday, August 12.

While describing the death of Cyril, better known as CY as home too early gone, the family prays for the peaceful repose of the departed’s soul.
