Deputy Governor Of Sokoto State Dumps Tambuwal, Resigns From PDP

The Deputy Governor Of Sokoto State, Hon. Manir Muhammad Dan Iya has resigned from the PDP, thereby parting ways with his principal, Governor Aminu Tambuwal.

In a letter addressed to his ward chairman and as seen by AbnTv, Muhammad Dan Iya expressed his profound gratitude for the journey thus far, but emphatically made it known that his stay with the PDP has come to an end.

Lately, Senator Wammako of the APC has been welcoming decampees from the PDP to the APC in Sokoto State.

As at the time of this reportage, no statement from the Governor of Sokoto State concerning this latest development.
