Deaconess Philips Felicia Chinagorom Passes On At 70, Burial Slated For April 26 In Bende [See Poster]

The entire family of Mr. Philips Gideon Chibuisi of Ndi-Arua, Akaelu, Lodu Imenyi, Bende Local Government Area of Abia State, has announced the passing unto glory of their beloved matriarch, Deaconess Philips Felicia Chinagorom (Ada Anyagu). She was aged 70.

Born in 1955, Deaconess Chinagorom was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, sister, and a cherished friend to many. Her life was marked by deep Christian faith, compassion, and service to God and humanity, especially through her active involvement in the Assemblies of God Church, Akaelu Lodu Imenyi.

The burial arrangements are as follows:

Friday, April 25, 2025: A Christian Wake Keep will be held at her husband’s compound in Aka-elu, Lodu Imenyi, Bende L.G.A., Abia State, beginning at 4:00 PM.

Saturday, April 26, 2025:

8:00 AM: Her body will depart from Cottage Mortuary, Lohum.

9:00 AM: A brief stop will be made at her village, Amarum Amadiaba, Nkpa, Bende L.G.A.

10:00 AM: Lying-in-state at her husband’s compound in Ndi-Arua, Akaelu Lodu Imenyi.

11:00 AM: Funeral service at Assemblies of God Church, Akaelu Lodu Imenyi.

1:00 PM: Interment will follow immediately.

Sunday, April 27, 2025: A thanksgiving service will be held at the Assemblies of God Church, Akaelu Lodu Imenyi, in her honour.

The family has asked for prayers and support as they prepare to bid farewell to a woman who left an indelible mark in their lives and community.
