The presidential villa on Tuesday barred AIT, Arise TV, STV, Ben TV and other TV and Radio Stations from covering activities at the Presidential villa.
Also barred were reporters from Punch, Thisday, Tribune, The Guardian, Vanguard, Daily Trust and other major newspapers (Few of them are allowed to send in their photographers).
According to a press release from the office of the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity obtained by ABN TV, this is due to the Coronavirus which according to it limits the number of people expected at a gathering
