Statements from 11 out of 13 witnesses of Peter Obi has been struck out for not filing on time.
This means that the documents, videos, interviews, documents, reports and many other evidences tendered by these wtnesses have been struck out by the he Presidential Tribunal.
Justice Tsammani held that witnesses 3,4,5,6, 7,8,9,10,11 and 13 subpoenaed by LP are not witnesses of the court. The witness statements, he said, were filed out of time.
