The Federal High Court in Abuja on Wednesday, 21st May 2025, has admitted into evidence certified true copies of judgments from three fundamental rights enforcement suits previously won by Nnamdi Kanu, ABN TV reports.

The judgments, from the Abia State High Court, Federal High Court in Umuahia, and Enugu State High Court, were accepted as part of the defence’s argument against the charges brought by the Federal Government.

Lead defence counsel Kanu Agabi (SAN) presented the documents shortly before cross-examination resumed. Defence lawyer Paul Erokoro later requested adjournment to allow time to tender a video clip believed to be key to the case.

Justice James Omotosho adjourned the proceedings to Thursday, May 22, for continuation of the cross-examination of the DSS prosecution witness.
