The minister of information and culture, Lai Mohammed has reacted to outcry over President Muhammadu Buhari not addressing the nation over the recent coronavirus outbreak in the country.
Lai Mohammed stressed that the Nigerian leader may not say anything new as all information about the disease has been made available to Nigerians. He told newsmen that President Buhari will address the nation at the right time.
Lai said, “When it is appropriate, Mr President will address the nation. But, I think what you want to hear from Mr President are the kind of things we are telling you.
“This is not to preempt or second guess Mr President, I think he will do the needful.”
