Deputy Inspector General of Police, DIG in charge of Operations and the Coordinating DIG South East, Joseph O. Egbunike has urged officers and men of Abia State Police Command to embark on teamwork targeted at positive delivery of duties and responsibilities.
ABN TV report that DIG Egbunike who is also the Coordinator of the Operation Restore Peace in the Geo-Political Zone made the call on Wednesday 26th May, 2021 during his Strategic Operational interaction with the Command’s Management and Tactical teams at the Command Headquarters Umuahia.
The Senior police officer charged them to remain resolute, focused in the discharge of their duties.

He advised the officers and men of the Command to see the challenges experienced in the region as an opportunity to excel, establish their values by themselves.
The DIG was accompanied on the visit by AIG in charge Zone 9 Headquarters Umuahia, AIG Etim E. Okon.
AIG Okon reiterated the relevance of teamwork and service delivery in the Force.
Other top officials of the Nigerian Police Force within and outside the command also joined at the event.
