High Chief Daniel Okeke has congratulated the Deputy Chief Whip of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. (Barr.) Nkeiruka Onyejeocha as she receives national honour from The President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari.
The lawmaker was among those honoured on Tuesday by President Muhammadu Buhari with the award of Officer of the Order of the Niger(OON).
The APC candidate for House of Representatives, Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency described The deputy Chief Whip as a reliable and progressive ally in his felicitation message.

“I, on behalf of my family and my constituents, wish to join all well-meaning Abians as well as Nigerians to celebrate a quintessential woman, Rt Hon Nkeiruka Onyejiocha member representing Isiukwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency having been found worthy by the president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to confer on her a national honour; Officer of the Order of the Niger(OON).
“This did not come to me as a surprise having known your unprecedented track record of achievements in different sectors of the nation, especially in the aviation industry.
“As a politician and Deputy Chief Whip in the green chamber, you have worked so hard to maintain unity and cohesion among our party members, attracted different projects, and sponsored many bills that have touched and uplifted the well-being of the common man within and outside your constituency,” Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to Chief Okeke, Oti Maduabuchi Orieji said in a statement.
Chief Okeke said Rt. Hon. Onyejeocha has consistently demonstrated competence, class, commitment and what quality representation is all about.
