Carabao Cup: Liverpool Must Maintain Winning Mentality, Says Gakpo

Liverpool forward, Cody Gakpo has urged his teammates to maintain their strong winning mentality ahead of the second.

Recall that Liverpool defeated Fulham 2-1 on Wednesday in the first-leg semi-finals of the Carabao Cup.

Gakpo who netted the match-winning goal, told Skysports that the team must maintain their winning mentality.

“It’s the mentality in the group, in the club, in the city,” Gakpo told Sky Sports post-match.
