Buhari Will Return To Daura After Hand Over – Lai Mohammed

President Muhammadu Buhari will move to Daura, Katsina State, according to Lai Mohammed, Minister of Information and Culture.

He stated Buhari has repeatedly stated his commitment to peaceful and credible elections.

He stated that no administration has shown a greater commitment to the democratic process, and no President since 1999 has been as ambiguous about leaving office after the constitutionally mandated two terms.

” President Buhari has left no one in doubt of his dogged determination to ensure free, fair, and credible elections, handover to a successor elected by Nigerians, and then return to Daura after the May 29, 2023 handover date. As recently as this past Friday, when he visited the Emir of Daura “.
