The Judicial Panel of Inquiry set up by the Lagos State Government to probe the Lekki toll gate shootings and complaints of human rights abuses against members of the disbanded Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS), on Friday, began the review of the CCTV footage submitted by the Lekki Concession Company (LCC), operators of the Lekki toll gate.
The Managing Director of LCC, Abayomi Omomuwa, had submitted the video footage on Tuesday.
The retired Justice Doris Okuwobi-led panel began viewing the footage around 11:30 am on Friday.
The first video clip being played is from midnight of October 20.
