BREAKING: Fire guts oil facility in Ogoni

RIVERS – Environmental right activist, Fyneface Fyneface has drawn the attention of our reporter to an inferno in an oil facility in B-Dere and Bolo communities in Ogoni, Rivers State.

According to videos and photos served up on Facebook, the fire incident started about 1p.m on Monday, 25th November 2019.

Fyneface said nothing has been done to quench the fire.

The incident is happening about a kilometer away from residential areas.

It cannot be ascertained which company owns the said facility which the fire broke out from.
