The Abia state government has said the state does not have any confirmed case of COVID-19 anywhere.
The Commissioner for Information, Chief John Okiyi Kalu in a release obtained by ABN TV on Sunday called on people of the state to ignore rumours.
“No single confirmed Coronavirus infection in Abia State as at 18:26 when this post was made.
“Ignore rumor mongers and their ugly trade.
“Observe all previously issued guidelines and remain safe,” he said.
