Spokesperson, House of Representatives member representing Bende Federal Constituency, Hon. Benjamin Kalu has congratulated a chieftain of APC and former Managing Director of Diamond Bank, Dr. Alex Otti on his birthday.
A birthday message endorsed by Hon. Kalu and made available to ABN TV on Thursday described the renowned Economist as a passionate and courageous statesman.
