The Union urged the faithful to use the festive period to relax, dine and associate with families and loved ones considering the demand of the profession which often keeps them away.
The statement appealed to the Muslim journalists not to be worried by the hike in prices of commodities but to celebrate with the little they have, saying Eld-el-Kabir is beyond killing ram.
It also urged the faithful to pray for the union, Ekiti State and Nigeria at large.
