Atiku Will Have Sweeping Victory In South East — Sen. T.A Orji

The South East Chairman of the Atiku/Okowa Presidential Campaign Council, Senator T.A Orji, has predicted a sweeping victory for the PDP Presidential Candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, saying Atiku’s track record, capacity, and his ability to unify the country as exemplified during his time as Vice President of the country stands him out.

The Senator representing Abia Central who spoke in Umuahia during the inaugural meeting of the Campaign Council challenged Director Generals and Stakeholders of the South East to be vigilant and steadfast before and during the 2023 General Election.

Chief T.A Orji urged the State Director Generals not to relent in their efforts to sensitize and mobilize the electorate.

He further stated that previous elections have shown that Atiku Abubakar has always done well in the South East and February 25th election cannot be an exception.

In his contributions, the former Senate president Senator Aldophous Nwagbara while commending Senator T.A Orji on his appointment maintained that Atiku Abubakar remains the candidate to beat in the forthcoming election. He appealed to Ndi’Igbo to continue their support for Atiku Abubakar.

Other prominent Igbo sons which include Chief Dan Ulasi, Mazi Sam Ohuabunwa, his Excellency Eric Acho Nwakanma, and Professor Jude Njoku all lauded Senator T.A Orji for the bold step he has taken in galvanizing support for Atiku Abubakar since his appointment and argued that Atiku has maintained a good relationship with Ndi’Igbo during his tenure as a customs officer and Vice President.

He added that Atiku remains a formidable ally of Ndi’Igbo who can be trusted. The Deputy Governor Sir Ude Okochukwu, also the Chairman of the Atiku/Okowa Presidential Campaign Council in Abia State, assured the gathering of the commitment and support of the good people of Abia state.

He further called on Abians to troop out in their numbers on February the 9th 2023 to accord the former Vice President a heroic welcome as he visits Abia State for the mega rally.
