APPAS Honours ABN TV Boss As He Charges Photographers On Professionalism (Photos)

Association of Professional Photographers Abia State (APPAS) has awarded the Director ABN TV, Mr. Ifeanyi Okali the ONLINE MEDIA EXPERT of the Year 2020 in recognition of his role in promoting ethical online journalism.

Receiving the award on Tuesday in Umuahia, Mr. Okali tasked the professional photographer to protect their image by ensuring they deliver in the job assigned to them.

He expressed dissatisfaction that some photographers receive contracts they are not sufficiently prepared to deliver in but rather seek to execute by proxy as a result of tight engagement, inadequate working tools, and manpower.

According to Okali, the third party who may not necessarily be a professional sometimes does not deliver in a timely and acceptable manner which tends to rub off on the rest of photographers.
