President Muhammadu Buhari has recently approved the reconstitution of the Governing Boards of twenty-five (25) Federal Polytechnics and twenty-one (21) Colleges of Education in Nigeria.

In a statement made available to ABN TV, Ntaku described the appointment of Engr Uruakpa as a relief to the people of Ukwa West Local Government Area, who have been relegated to the background for several years, particularly in the area of political appointments.

While commending the Buhari led government for remembering Ukwa at this time, he solicited for more appointments for Ukwa people as a way of compensating them for remaining calm in the face of several years of neglect in spite of being the only oil producing area in Abia State.
