APC Has Brought Light To Abia, Says Ogah

Minister of State for Mines and Steel Development, Dr. Uche Ogah has said the All Progressives Congress (APC) has brought light to the people of Abia state.

The Minister insists that under APC, South East has been better than it was under the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), calling on the people to identify with the party.

In a chat with ABN TV, Dr. Ogah said within the confines of APC House of Assembly, Reps, and Senate members in the state, they have performed well in the area of critical infrastructure, maintaining that they have brought light.

He dispelled allegations that the APC is a Northern party, calling on Ndigbo to look beyond appointment into political positions and look at what the APC has in the past six years done for the region.

“Before now, you know how Arochukwu to Ohafia used to be, you know the way Okigwe to Umuahia used to be. It is not the same today. These are critical infrastructure the APC government is putting in place.

“Even the gully erosion along Isuikwuato campus (ABSU) Akara Road has been taken care of by the federal government. The road project has been included in the 2021 expenditure plan and that is what government is all about” he said.

He also called on political actors to shun sentiment bring dividends of democracy to the people, adding that it is what the APC stands for.
