The primary election of APC in Abia Central Senatorial District has been cancelled.
The cancellation was announced by the electoral Committee chairman, Hon Izuchukwu Okeke
The announcement was made at APC secretariat 40 Uyo street Umuahia after crisis that erupted on Saturday and Sunday following issues associated with the delegates list.
ABN TV had reported that Hon. Sam Onuigbo, representing Ikwuano/Umuahia federal constituency had polled 157 votes to defeat his closest rival, Chief Henry Ikoh who got 152 votes following a result released by the electoral committee.
