Federal High Court sitting in Umuahia Abia State is about now set to hear a suit instituted by the embattled leader of Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB Mazi Nnamdi Kanu seeking the enforcement of his human rights.
ABN TV reports that there is heavy presence of armed security operatives at the premises of the court.
Barrister Aloy Ejimakor, the Special Counsel of Nnamdi Kanu to IPOB leader, other legal representatives, Ohaneze Igbo Youth leader, family members and supporters are present in the court premises.
