Alex Otti’s Rumoured Defection: A Fabrication Of PDP — Abia APC

The chairman of All Progressives Congress, APC in Abia state, Hon. Donatus Nwankpa has said that the rumoured plan by a stalwart of the party in the state, Dr. Alex Otti is untrue and a fabrication of the ruling PDP.

Describing it further as an effort by the PDP to entertain themselves, Hon. Nwankpa in a chat with ABN TV on Wednesday urged the public to ignore the rumour.

He added that it is a symptom of how ravaged the PDP is, maintaining that they want to become relevant in the polity by flying the rumour.

Some sections of the media had on Wednesday reported that Dr. Otti, former Chief Executive of the defunct Diamond Bank has concluded plans to return to the PDP.

The former banner was member of the People’s Democratic Party until 2014.
