After Sen. Kalu’s Request, FG Approves Isuikwuato-ABSU Erosion Control Project

The Federal Government has approved the erosion control project along Isuikwuato-ABSU Road in Isuikwuato LGA of Abia State.

The Minister of Information, Alhaji Lai Mohammed disclosed this on Thursday in Abuja.

Recall that the senator representing Abia North senatorial district, Sen. Orji Uzor Kalu had in a letter dated August 14, 2019, drew that attention of Boss Mustapha the Secretary to the Government of the Federation to the erosion menace in the area.

This is in line with the Federal government’s plan to open up rural communities for commercial activities.
