A member of Abia State House of Assembly elected on the platform of the Labour Party, Hon. Destiny Nwagwu has hit the street of Aba, protesting his sack by Lagos division of the Court of Appeal.
Nwagwu, who represented Aba North State Constituency before his sack was seen wielding a placard with inscriptions not clearly seen.
He stood on a major street brandishing his placard while some supporters watched.
He was chanting in his Ngwa dialect “Have you all seen“? apparently referring to the judgement of the Appeal Court sacking him.

The court in its judgment on Monday declared Hon Aaron Uzodike of PDP as the duly elected Honourable Member for Aba North State Constituency.
The Panel held that Hon Destiny Nwagwu of the Labour Party could not prove in all the evidences that he was a Member of the Labour Party before the election.
The three-man Appeal Panel also held that Hon Destiny Nwagwu was invalidly nominated and was not qualified to contest the election.
